In tonight’s study let’s look at the parallels between this Old Testament account and our new covenant duty to carry out the great commission.

In today’s message, we will look at the life of Nehemiah, as he was burdened for the work that God had called him to do and began to move forward with the work. At every turn there were enemies and opposition that he needed to overcome that the work might be completed. Nehemiah gives us a great principles on how to overcome opposition that we might continue the work God has called us too as well.

This is a Psalm that David wrote after God delivered him from Saul and his other enemies. We will learn in tonight‘s message that there are truths of God we can know from reading the scriptures, and then there are deeper truths We can only know through experience. David wrote this Psalm out of deep experience with the Lord that resulted in heartfelt worship and thanks to The Lord.

In this message, we will learn how God reveals Himself through nature, through the Scriptures, and through personal relationship.

Today as we celebrate Father’s Day and honor fathers we will look at a message from the book of Esther. Esther was raised by Mordecai and Mordecai’s life gives several examples of what godly men should be like. We will learn some “man lessons” from the life of Mordecai in today’s message.

In tonight’s message we will learn how to turn to God in the day of trouble. We will be reminded that the battle is the Lords and we need to put our trust in Him alone.

Today we will begin our study through the gospel of Luke. We will look at a brief introduction to the book and then jump right in with a message entitled “God has not forgotten “. We will be reminded that our prayers are heard by God and while He may not respond immediately, the answer is on the way.
