Today we will hear Jesus teaching on the important topics of marriage, divorce, and celibacy. Let’s allow scripture to guide us in how we manage our relationships.

Church Family

In today’s message, we will see Jesus rejected in His home town and then we will see how He is well received in Capernaum. When Jesus is rejected, He does no miracles and He departs, but where He is received in faith, He spends time and does many wonders. Let’s make sure that in our hearts and in our church we have not rejected Jesus through unbelief but have received Jesus in faith for all the Bible says that He is.

In today’s message, Jesus goes back to his hometown, enters the Synagogue and declares himself to be the Messiah. We will learn the danger of familiarity without intimacy in our relationship with Jesus. We will also learn about the need for the power of the Holy Spirit in our service to God.

In today’s message, we will see Jesus being tempted by the devil after 40 days of fasting. Each attack from Satan is put to rest by Jesus with the word of God. We will learn how to use God‘s word as a weapon against the attack of the enemy. We will learn what it means to stand on The Word. We must know it, then believe it, then stand up upon it.

In today’s message, we will look at the genealogy of Jesus from Luke’s perspective. We will be reminded that God entered into humanity so that we might be saved. Jesus literally came for us! We will also see in this genealogy that He made room for all who desire to be saved to be able to come.
