In this beloved Psalm that we are covering tonight, we will learn about the great Shepherd. As David declares the Lord is his Shepherd and shares many of the blessings and benefits of being under the leadership of such a loving, gracious and powerful Shepherd. In this Psalm, we will see the importance of connection with The Lord. The Psalmist cries out to the Lord, asking to be Heard and later he shares that he is confident in the Lord because he knows God hears him. What a privilege it is to be heard by God. May this Psalm bring us the same confidence and peace that it brought David.

In tonight‘s message, David will share the “one thing” he desires from the Lord. With all that he had going on, the one thing he desired was intimacy and closeness with God.
