Today we will begin our study through the gospel of Luke. We will look at a brief introduction to the book and then jump right in with a message entitled “God has not forgotten “. We will be reminded that our prayers are heard by God and while He may not respond immediately, the answer is on the way.

Today we will be warned not to believe or behave like the Pharisees and Sadducees. What we believe impacts how we live.

God is able to turn the persecution of our enemy into an opportunity to empower His church. He really is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Today, as we finish Acts 5, we will learn about the unstoppable power of God. Every way that the enemy opposed the work of God, we see that God’s power is greater. All the more reason for us to follow and obey Him.

Today, in Pastor Bill Buffington's message, we will see that God keeps His promises. The Holy Spirit is poured out upon the church, just as Jesus had promised. The response from outsiders is varied. It raises the question: How do we respond to the genuine work of the Holy Spirit?

Today, we will learn about the importance of unity among believers. We will learn the difference between unity and uniformity. We will come to see that unity is the power position of the church.
